Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

Zenfluence is looking for highly-driven, curious and creative people to join us to shape the future of influencer marketing. Currently we seek a creative, experienced and data-savvy Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in Singapore. You will develop and execute the end-to-end influencer strategy to drive influencers through thoughtful, optimized campaigns across all media channels.   • Work closely with co-founders in content creation and execution to meet campaign-specific objectives
  • Manage influencer relationships, reach out to influencers to promote our platform and support influencer customer development activities
  • Increase acquisition, activation and retention of influencers through email, social media channels, our app and local events to promote our platform and brand
  • Set up and manage paid & organic advertisement campaigns for user acquisition through the main channels (e.g. Email, Instagram, Facebook, AdWords, and others)
  • Expand our social media presence and create a loyal fanbase of Zenfluencers
  • Monthly monitoring, tracking and reporting of influencer-related KPIs
  • Stay current on influencer marketing trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve and optimize campaigns towards our product and target KPIs
  • Take responsibility for your designated channels, markets & budgets


  • We will only consider local (Singapore) candidates for this position (Singapore citizens, PR or DP)
  • Excellent writing skills; able to effectively communicate information and ideas in written format in appropriate style to resonate with a creative and young audience, especially millennials and influencers
  • Relevant experience (2 years+) in social media, influencer marketing or agency environment
  • Knowledge and prior usage of marketing tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Hubspot etc. and creative tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Sketch; HTML & CSS is a plus
  • You combine outstanding creativity and communication skills with a data-driven, highly analytical mindset
  • Self-starting, proactive personality who action-oriented, and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment is a plus
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented
