You would be responsible to maintain and grow the business by paying attention detail from business support to sales. It is important to have passion in the business, and love to communicate with people. A successful Business Relationship Manager in our company uses business management, investing and marketing knowledge to meet our business KPI. You should also advise our management team on potential growth and strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives. Ultimately, you should recommend, design and execute short-term and long-term business strategies for our company.

 Therefore there are various aspects, you need to able to cover:

  • 50% Business & Customer Support
    • Assisting customer enquiries
    • Conducting Workshop
    • Conducting cost and benchmarking analysis and report
  • 30% Sales
    • Organizing seminars and workshop
    • Conducting Face to Face sale
    • Conducting Tele-sales
    • Generating new business lead
    • Generating new customer lead
  • 10% Marketing (Online/Offline)
    • Do blogging
    • Post Facebook and Google Ads
    • Analyse Facebook and Google Analytics
  • 10% Product& Business Research
    • Do competitive analysis
    • Involve in project brainstorming
    • Advise our management team on business growth planning


  • BSc/Ba in Banking and Finance or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Financial Specialist, Relationship Manager or relevant role
  • Prioritizing, attention to details, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of basic trading and investing
  • Familiarity with finance regulations
  • Actively looking for new business leads
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Facebook, WordPress, Adobe suite, etc.
    • Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
