Ancileo is a fast growing,  successful Insuretech firm, enjoying a large customer portfolio in travel insurance ecommerce.

Beginning as a startup, we've signed a global technology contract with a leading insurer in 2017, our customers range from traveltech startup to airlines, online travel agents, financial institutions and leading mobile chat companies. We are currently in a growth and expansion phase, both in terms of new market share and in growing our team across the board.

Job Description 

This role will run and drive the B2B marketing effort from Ancileo headquarter located in Singapore. This role will report to the Founder, who oversees the overall business growth strategy. The ideal candidate will drive B2B partner adoption (Insurers and Travel companies) of Ancileo’s multiple online product portfolios, ranging from insurance API to B2C white label, AI claims management, and digital payment services.

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will be:

A proven manager: You will own your new business's KPIs, objective and target setting, with scalable revenue generation.

Adept Digital Marketer: You are well versed in digital technology offerings and partnership, likely coming from a insuretech, traveltech or online payment background. Hence, can hit the ground running upon joining, and you understand how to market the Ancileo's products from day one.

Senior stakeholder manager: On both an internal and external scale, you are adept at driving successful partnerships across the APAC region, drive customer engagement, and continue growing the Ancileo's market share across multiple countries.

Able to work autonomously: You will own your space, define how and where you should focus your effort, through innovative end-to-end marketing efforts, inclusive of 360 digital integrated campaigns, trade events and customer relationship management.


• Develop a strong and strategic B2B plan

• Scale up and synergize effective marketing programs in APAC and potentially across Europe

• Act as our brand ambassador across regional/market significant events

• Co-design important B2B insights initiatives that impact the industry stakeholders

• Plan and execute B2B activities at various scales. This could range from client workshop to key industry events.

• Be accountable for key success factors and performance metrics

• Work within the budget






• 7+ years B2B/B2C marketing experience with at least 5 years of digital technology marketing experience.

• Demonstrated success in formulating and executing marketing plans and programs, including forecasting, strategies, budget control, tactics, etc.

• Specific experience in launching online customer acquisition and development programs.

• Proven track records of partnering with different functions across markets to identify, prioritize, and execute business priorities.

• Proactive and results driven.

• Sound interpersonal communication skills

• Culturally savvy and sensitive

• Strategic, analytic, logical, creative, and action driven.

• Team player with solid influencing skills

• Fluent English is a must.

• Mandarin and/or Indonesian language a plus.

• Willingness to travel
