We are looking for a passionate, talented content marketing manager to take full responsibility of our inbound marketing strategies for lead generation. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with a writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. For this position, it’s also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.

You are a high-energy, outgoing and motivated person who is interested in working and contributing to a tech startup. You are a people person who can communicate effectively and get straight to the point both in-person and on paper. Optimistic, charismatic and articulate, you believe content is king and are excited about the prospect of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to contribute and growing with the company. You are fascinated about new technology in the fields of retail, supply chain and logistics, and love to share your thoughts in writing online.

You love building a small team of qualified people around you and help to get the best out of them.


  • Working closely with the management team to discuss and review the overall marketing plan
  • Identifying the key audience personas, and preparing the content strategies
  • Creating editorial calendars according to company needs and workforce capabilities
  • Working closely with the rest of the team to obtain deep understanding of the product to produce thought leadership articles in the forms of:
    • Company Introduction Decks and Presentations
    • Ebooks and Whitepapers
    • EDM, Automated Emails
    • Product Documentations, Manuals, Guides and Tutorials
    • Blog management, curation, and contribution
  • Implementing content marketing and automation tools in accordance to the yearly budget (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, Autopilot, HubSpot)
  • Channel management: Analyzing and forecasting content performance across all marketing channels
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and social promotion
  • Be up-to-date with current content marketing and design trends



  • Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other relevant field
  • At least 3~5 years experience working in similar position (content creation, marketing, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Prior working experience and/or good understanding in tech and SaaS solutions is required; basic knowledge of retail, supply chain and logistics is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in other languages (especially Chinese or Arabic) is a plus
  • Proactive, open and transparent style of communication and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you’ll be working with several internal teams to bring your plans to life)
  • Ability to work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content structure, development, distribution and measurement
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to readable and engaging content
  • Strong personal organization and project management abilities
