Customer Support & Admin

We do what we do best at The Enchanted Tree and we love what we do, ie. to make simple, affordable yet beautifully designed flower arrangements for all occasions. We place equal importance in every customer journey with us as it is with each product we deliver; right from a simple phone call until the order has been fulfilled. We work as a team. We learn from each other. There is no protocol and we love creativity.

We are currently looking for someone who is able to take our customer experience to the next level with exceptional service and support, to join us.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries on a timely basis, to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide product suggestions based on customer's preferences
  • Administer daily orders and scheduling of deliveries.
  • Working alongside the floral production team and external third party service providers for order fulfillments.
  • Assist in content management of webpage and social media platforms.
  • Perform basic adminstrative tasks, such as book keeping, preparation of invoice and managing store supplies etc.

Requirements

  • Detail oriented with relevant experience in customer service and adminstrative functions.
  • Outgoing, warm, positive minded with a pleasant personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with customers.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • A team player with ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Analytical with good problem solving and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably with MS Office and social media platflorms.
  • Singaporean or SPR only.
  • Work location is at Changi Business Park, Mondays - Fridays (excluding PH), 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Salary

1800 - 2500 SGD
