We are looking for a pre-sales manager to approach, identify requirements, gain deep operational understanding and offer solutions to new enterprise customers located in Asia and the Middle East. You will be leveraging our existing technology platform to implement solutions while consulting for additional requirements and ultimately create a positive long-term commercial outcome.

You live and breathe SaaS solutions and know exactly how to sell them to enterprise customers. You have the overview, but you are not scared to execute hands-on and go in to detail with potential customers. You are mr. or ms. 'Go Big'. You know how (proven track record) to build a sales team with the purpose of scaling a business that is leveraging an SME solution to steer in to an enterprise direction.


As an enterprise pre-sales manager you are responsible for leveraging the CarPal Fleet technology and show how it can solve major challenges for our customers in supply chain, logistics, transportation or retail. You’ll be gathering requirements and send proposals for a workable solution from both a commercial and technical perspective and guide the implementation in close collaboration with our CEO, Product Manager & Tech team.

  • You (help) identify new target customers and consult on their requirements
  • You generate and visit new leads
  • You follow-up and visit existing leads
  • You close new deals
  • You manage your existing accounts
  • You hire and manage a team of sales reps that help you generate leads
  • You create management reports



  • Knowledge and connections in supply chain, retail, logistics and/or transportation
  • Understanding of technology and how it can solve problems for our (target) customers
  • Must be able to work in Singapore (Work Visa/Permit may not be provided)
  • Willingness to travel
  • B.A. or B.S. required
  • 5-10 years of professional working experience in an enterprise or SaaS software sales role
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to details; ability to prioritize and adapt in response to feedback
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency and/or understanding of Arabic or Mandarin Chinese is a plus
  • You are not afraid to reach out to people
  • You know what it is like to provide great service
  • Your communication skills are 10+
  • You are pragmatic and a problem-solver
