As a Senior Consultant you are relentless in engaging and supporting customers throughout the implementation cycle, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer. In a small environment you have the opportunity to work across the whole customer life cycle: Sales, Presales, Implementation, GoLive, Support and Customer retention. You are flexible, engaged and highly motivated!

Requirements

  • Consulting: you can run assessment workshops, write and deliver concise reports, create project plans and execute against them with at least 3 years experience in consulting
  • Being a problem-solver: you can adapt, grow and work with operations, logistics, marketing or whoever else needs you to solve with them, you can also interact with C-Level leaders!
  • Presales: having successful experience in enterprise software and go to market models (direct and/or channel)
  • Being organised and self-disciplined: this is the foundation and key to your success, as is preparation and follow-up with precision. Mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones are your drivers!
  • Crafting questions to understand needs: diagnosing enterprise needs to help shape and define your customers vision about the potential solution, You continuously operate against the 3 principles of successful projects
  • Customising: developing an overall and individual customer approach - no one offering fits all
  • Supporting the whole cycle: Sales strategy, Lead generation, Customer engagement with demos and presentation, Training, Implementation.
