Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and energetic candidate to join our growing team as an Administrative Coordinator

The role requires you to be proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism to complete the tasks. You should be well-organised, flexible and enjoy the challenges and opportunities that come with working at a startup.

Acme Pacific's office is located in Vision Exchange, strategically located in the heart of Jurong Gateway. Vision Exchange is a 5-minute walk from Jurong East MRT station and is equipped with a gym and shower facilities which all staff are entitled to access for free. We strongly believe that a healthy lifestyle is just as important as a fair work-life balance!

Main responsibilities include:

  • Process and manage customer orders
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution
  • Coordinate and work closely with our delivery partners and warehouse personnel to ensure timely supply of goods to customers
  • Develop and maintain a good filing system
  • Order and track stationery, pantry and shop supplies for both office and retail stores
  • Basic shipping duties
  • General administrative duties
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned



Fantastic communication skills with a keen eye for details are crucial for this role and most importantly, the candidate has to be a team player who is passionate about what he/she does.
