Community Engagement Management Associate

Hubble is focused on building the next generation smart worksite for the Construction and Engineering industry as defined by one that is automated, connected, data driven, and predictive. We have grown rapidly without any venture fundings to become the market leader in this space in less than 1 year. Our partners include the largest Construction Companies such as Woh Hup Pte. Ltd., Koh Kock Leong Enterprise, Chuan Lim Construction, and OAS Painting and Construction. Started in 2016, Hubble has tracked more than 6 million man-hours, cut up to 5000 hours of manual computation, and helped construction companies save more than 2 million dollars.



Your duties will include:

  1. Responsible for creating an engaged Hubble community with our existing client base to ensure that all their needs and queries are met promptly
  2. Ensuring the highest happiness index in our existing client base that will lead to strong referrals and increase Hubble market share
  3. Assessing clients’ needs thoroughly when a project commences to clearly define project scope and system features required
  4. Researching and obtaining required market information in order to obtain a better understanding of the industry and clients’ operations
  5. Keeping up to date with regulations pertaining to the industry in order to ensure product alignment with regulatory requirements
  6. Working with C-level management to develop customised business and technical solutions for our clients
  7. Communicating information between Hubble and client efficiently
  8. Ensuring the highest happiness index in our existing client base and develop long-term relationships that will lead to strong referrals and increase Hubble’s market share
  9. Developing SOP related to all operational aspects of the project implementation and creating a training programme that will result in an engaging and impactful training session
  10. Completing operational requirements specifically for the project implementation with clients
  11. Leading training sessions to ensure clients’ in-depth user knowledge of our product
  12. Creating an engaged Hubble community with our existing client base and following through on all client enquiries, ensuring proper closure at all times
  13. Actively monitoring client usage and present findings to inform product development
  14. Routinely gather community engagement feedback and report key findings to management
  15. Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes with your deep understanding of the community needs

2. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (Spoken)

3. 1 - 4 years working experience with specific interest in building and engagement end user communities

4. Outgoing, On the ball, detailed oriented, patient.
