Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

About the Role

As part of the Business Development team, you will work with our local and regional team to build a quality pipeline of technical talents for our key accounts in Singapore. You'll be working on challenging problems in a results-focused work environment for a global product and an emerging brand.

Our global teams adopt agile work-flows, with bi-weekly global team meetings with founders, internal stand-ups meetings and weekly sprints. We also play hard during our Fridays with beers, free dinner, and monthly team-building activities.

What you will need to do:

  • Generate & qualify leads, turning them into prospects and eventually converting into key accounts.
  • Understand Getlinks business model and educate prospects on the value of our solutions vs. traditional recruiting channels
  • Actively track all account activities on CRM to ensure efficient sales cycle.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensuring quality experience of hiring managers on Getlinks is at the forefront of our proposition

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • A huge passion for startups & technology and our mission to change the recruitment industry
  • Stellar presentation and writing capability (both verbal and written) 
  • Knowledge of the startup ecosystem in Singapore.
  • KPI driven

THESE WOULD ALSO BE NICE:

  • Experience using Hubspot/Salesforce
  • Experience in the Recruitment industry in the Business Development field.
