We are looking for a Recruiter to join us:

With exciting growth plans ahead of us, we need the most passionate, ambitious and talented people. If you’re one of them and want to join us in finding more, we’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us build our team; identifying and hiring for a range of roles across our organization.  

Reporting directly to one of our co-founders, you will be essential in finding the best talent; delivering on the recruitment strategy, working across teams to support their hiring needs and providing the optimum experience for candidates, representative of our culture and brand experience.

On a typical day:

You will own the overall recruitment process, being responsible for its smooth and consistent implementation.

From sourcing through to onboarding, you will collaborate with several teams across our organisation; validating hiring priorities, ensuring all stakeholders are in sync on the strategy, sourcing and evaluating applications.

You will guide and coach relevant team members through the interview process, to allow for effective candidate assessments and constructive feedback.

You will manage the candidate experience, ensuring that it’s representative of our culture – building open relationships with candidates and representing our business with integrity and professionalism through your communication. Over time, you will build a strong pipeline of candidates, setting us up for success as we grow and our hiring needs expand.

You will run data analytics and reports on our hiring activity; monitoring sourcing and conversion rates, being adept to adapting the strategy when needed and tracking performance ratios on hiring managers, knowledge and culture fit assessments. 


You will excel in this role if:

You have at least 3 years of end to end recruitment experience with a track record for successfully identifying and qualifying exceptional candidates. Prior experience in a recruitment search firm preferred.

You have the ability to recruit for a variety of role and levels and have managed various stakeholders

You have experience sourcing for a range of candidates through multiple channels; you are resourceful and creative in your approach

You care about finding the right people and value the importance of cultural fit   

You are passionate about building connections with people, with excellent communication skills
