Customer Support & Admin

The Enchanted Tree is a pioneering start-up providing simple and affordable but most importantly, beautifully designed flower arrangements for all occasions. Or even without needing an occasion or reason to send flowers .... just to make someone happy, make someone's day special, to tell that some you care or just delivering their thoughts for the day. We are currently looking for someone who is able to take customer experience to the next level with exceptional service and support through their journey with us, to join our high performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of daily orders
  • Assist in Content Management of webpage and social media
  • Assist in responding to customer enquiries
  • Manage allocation of deliveries including tabulation of costs
  • Assist in book keeping and monthly accounting
  • General administration of shop, inventory and ordering of supplies

Requirements

  • Minimum O Levels qualification
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience in Office/Retail administration
  • Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident

Salary

1500 - 2000 SGD
