Human Resources Intern

REAPRA works to establish large-scale ventures, that can transform business fields, effectively creating whole new industries. Business insights based on rigorous research methodologies, hands-on trials and constant re-evaluations of earlier hypotheses drive all decisions at REAPRA. We seek out opportunities in niche markets that are yet to be discovered by the public, and which most VCs and PEs shy away from.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Intern to work with our CHRO and our Talent Acquisition Lead in REAPRA. You will be required to involve yourself into a wide range of human resources activities regarding organization structuring, recruitment, company branding, and so on. You will also have the chance to meet many C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and talents in different industries. Not only you are responsible for providing information and clerical support, but you will also need to attract, screen, select, and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be able to work at least 3 months no matter full-time or part-time. However, full-time is preferred.
  • Be enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD program or own a bachelor/Master degree or above in any major.
  • Fluent written, spoken and reading capability in English.
  • Be legally able to work in Singapore (We do not sponsor working visa)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion in HR management and recruitment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong decision making skills.
  • Self-starter who can work proactively and independently as well as in a collaborative environment.

Salary

1000 - 1200 SGD
