Junior Customer Care and Support Officer

Responsibilities


·   He or she is dispatched to people's home to assist with the remote hearing testing, remote fitting of Hearing Aids, set-up TV streamer and answer basic queries about nessa's service.

·   Provide support to the Nessa contact centre. 

·   Reports to Nessa Audiologist Team and Singapore Senior Lifestyle & Hearing Advisor

Requirements

·   A highly motivated and compassionate team member who cares about Singapore’s pioneers

·   Able to speak Mandarin, and preferably Hokkien

·   Basic technical knowledge of windows is required

·   ITE/A-Level or Diploma preferred but not mandatory

·   Own transport preferred but not mandatory

·   Normal office hours, but willing to work with flexible schedule (which may include evenings, weekends, and Public Holidays). 

·   Flexibility evening availability is crucial as a large volume of work is done at late afternoon and evening time.
