Our recruitment arm, Bizreach Singapore Pte Ltd has been set up in 2016 to help employers in need of mid to senior level candidates connect with qualified talents. We are already working with local and overseas company such as KPMG, SMRT with their recruitment. Over in Malaysia, Bizreach has recently set up a representative office in Kuala Lumpur and have been working with several Malaysia companies such as World Wildlife Fund, Great Eastern and Ogawa.
- Outbound calls to drive company’s solutions to prospective HR and C-level decision-makers
- Hybrid Sales position with primary focus on acquiring new accounts
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Ensure all revenue targets are regularly met and any problems or issues are identified with an appropriate action plan in place to resolve issues.
- Work closely with the team and clients to deliver solutions that solve our clients’ business challenges
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives of client businesses through both in-person meetings and other communication channels
- Demonstrated experience in canvassing and cold-calling with evidence of consistent and current success
- Knowledge and experience of solution sales from within the recruitment industry
- Excellent interpersonal and social and communication skills, written and verbal
- A network of contacts in the relevant sector is a definite bonus
- Minimum 2 years of excellent sales record to corporate clients (B2B) and dealing with C-level personnel
- Candidate without experience in sales but have a positive attitude are welcome to apply
- Enjoy working in a start-up, fast paced and target-oriented environment
- Must be independent, proactive, result-oriented and a team player with positive attitude
- Basic salary: up to MYR 3,500
- Uncapped commission
