Ecommerce Operations & Customer Service Manager

Edit Suits Co. is a high-end made-to-measure fashion technology company that is revolutionizing the way men shop for clothing. We’re using an innovative combination of e-commerce and direct sales to sell our high-quality products and are dedicated to offering the best customer experience to our customers. Having launched about 3 years ago, Edit Suits Co. is now operating in London and Singapore, and will soon prepare further expansion.

Responsibilities

We have recently completed a fund raise, and are now bringing the business to the next level. Sales in Singapore and London are growing fast, and we are looking for a hands-on and motivated graduate to manage our Operations in Singapore and to take charge of all operational and customer service aspects.

Your role will primarily involve:

  • In charge of biz dev and operational aspects, working closely with the country manager and co-founders
  • Take a leading role in improving current systems and roll out of new systems
  • Management of customer orders and outfitter schedules
  • Oversee and manage quality control of our products and customer service
  • Monitor and improve operational and financial KPIs

Requirements

  • Only Singaporean citizen need to apply (we are unable to provide an S Pass or EP)
  • Higher educational background (minimum Bachelor degree)
  • Technical major preferred (e.g. accounting, finance, engineering)
  • Driven and motivated
  • Good English language skills (verbal and in writing)
  • Basic programming skills (html, javastript) is a PLUS

Salary

2600 - 3100 SGD
