Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional who is friendly and energetic but can handle themselves well in difficult situations. You need to have experience with hands-on customer service, creating and improving SOPs, setting up CRMs and managing a team of customer service officers.

You’ll be given a high-level of autonomy which means you get to show-off your skills and ideas but you’re also highly accountable. If you’re up for the challenge, then apply.

2800 - 3200 SGD
